When receiving components, we implement different QC inspection processes according to different supplier levels. All inspection items can only be shipped after passing the test. The QC workflow of electronic components is: packaging inspection, document verification, digital photography, label verification, vision inspection, measurement, testing, approval.
ComponentsWarehouse Stocked inductors, magnetic beads, connectors, crystal oscillators, diodes and transistors, resistors and capacitors
| LCR BridgeTest (Mainly detect resistance, capacitance and first board)
| Drying oven Drying electronic components to improve the quality and reliability of components. | Temperature and humidity monitoring Maintain appropriate temperature and humidity to ensure the quality of components stored in the warehouse |
Incoming material packaging and labeling
|
Precautions: Indicate the material model, parameters, packaging, and quantity on the incoming material label. If there is no model, please indicate the serial number in the BOM. The description of the incoming material label is consistent with the material description in the BOM. Please mark the alternative materials. The editing tape has no delamination, no bending, no cracking, and no damage. When the incoming materials are in tubes, please install them in the same direction. Please protect and package the materials on the pallet to avoid damaging the pins and solder balls during transportation.

1. Five elements of BOM: material description, model, dosage, part number, and packaging, all of which are indispensable.
2. Arrange components of the same category together, such as resistors and capacitors.
3. The BOM material package is consistent with the PCB pad.
4. The number of reference numbers should be consistent with the usage of the material to avoid repeated reference numbers and lack of reference numbers.
5. The same material is displayed on the same line and listed one by one. Do not use R1-5 but use R1, R2, R3, R4, R5.
6. Do not hide the content of the BOM. If there are any changes, special remarks must be made, and the model number of the replacement material must be marked.
7. Materials that do not need to be welded should be marked in the BOM with words such as "NG",”DNP”, "NO-STUFF", "NO-SMT", "no welding required", "blank", etc.
8. Some special devices have special welding requirements, which are not specified in the BOM and must be specially reminded when placing an order
How to reduce the unit cost of components for customers
Beton Technology has long-term strategic cooperation with authoritative suppliers and enjoys their discounts, such as Mouser, Digi-Key, Element14, Farnell, Future Electronics, Sparkfun, RS, Allied Electronics & Automation and local factories
Electronic component procurement EMS PCBA manufacturer Beton Technology provides component procurement services that can reduce component unit costs from the following three aspects.
þ Relying on its global procurement network of hundreds of evaluated suppliers and its rich experience in mainstream components, Beton Technology can help customers discover regional price differences and potential resources. þ Relying on its EMS production factory, Beton Technology can jointly purchase with other large EMS and enjoy direct limited supply from the original factory. þ Relying on a large number of customers, we can effectively integrate BOM (bill of materials), centrally purchase the same electronic components, and reduce unit costs.

Through the above methods, Beton Technology can reduce the overall procurement cost of rare components and high-value high-volume components. And even when component resources are tight, Beton Technology is still a stable supply channel for electronic component procurement.
